IN STORE ORDERS AND ONLINE SUIT PURCHASES

 

We do not accept refunds or exchanges under any circumstances for all in store orders. This includes but is not limited to, suiting, jackets, coats, shirting, sample garments, alteration fees, shoes, cufflinks, bow ties, ties, pocket squares, pants, waistcoats, embroidery charges, fabric charges.

Due to the nature of custom wear we ask that the invoice is read carefully, as once measurements are taken the order will begin according to the invoiced details. We can not guarantee any changes made after measurements are taken can be processed. 

​

Once a deposit/payment is made on an invoice we are not liable to offer any refund if changes are requested on the invoice that will be of lesser value. The difference can be offered as a store credit for future use, but the original invoice must be paid in full. If the full payment of the original invoice is not fulfilled we reserve the right to withhold all garments, deposits and/or payments and legal proceedings may result as a consequence.

ONLINE PURCHASES

​

There are strictly no returns on purchases as per Australian Consumer Law and our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. 

​

Exchanges excludes all tailoring products and only is valid for accessories purchases made online via our website. This includes but is not limited to bow ties, ties, shoes, belt, cufflinks, pocket squares, etc. 

 

If the purchase falls within the 30 day period the product must be in its original, saleable condition and have not been used under any circumstances. If it does not fit our criteria we reserve the right to return the product and not offer any exchange.

 

If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at sales@couturemenswear.com to receive your exchange slip.

 

Return shipping for an exchange is at the buyer's discretion and cost. If the item is not delivered to us by the end of the 30 day period we will be unable to offer an exchange.

Shipping

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided via email if we accept your request. 

 

You will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund due to a faulty or defective product, the cost of return shipping will still be at the cost of the buyer.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All delivery times provided on our website are approximates based on regular delivery times. External reasons (including acts of god, weather, govt restrictions, flight delays) out of our control may incur subsequent delays which we will not be held responsible for.
